Liability for content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 para.1 TMG (German Telemedia Act) and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general legislation remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove this content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our offer includes links to external third-party websites, over whose contents we have no control. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not recognizable at the time of linking.

However, a permanent content control of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links immediately.

Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of commercialization of such material beyond the scope of the copyright law shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. PRIVACY POLICY

1. access data and hosting

You can visit our website without providing any personal data. Each time a website is accessed, the web server merely automatically saves a so-called server log file, which contains, for example, the name of the requested file, your IP address, the date and time of access, the amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access.

This access data is analyzed exclusively for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and improving our offer. In accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR, this serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in the correct presentation of our offer, which predominate in the context of a balancing of interests. All access data will be deleted no later than seven days after the end of your visit to the site.

Hosting Services by a Third-Party Provider As part of processing on our behalf, a third-party provider renders services for hosting and displaying the website. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in a correct presentation of our offer in the context of a balance of interests. All data collected within the scope of the use of this website or in designated forms in the online shop as described here are processed on its servers. Processing on other servers takes place only within the framework outlined here. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

2. Data Collection and Use for Contract Processing and When Opening a Customer Account

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when contacting us (e.g., via contact form or email), or when opening a customer account. Fields marked as mandatory are identified as such because we need the data for contract processing, or for processing your contact or opening the customer account, and you cannot complete the order and/or account opening, or send the contact without providing this information. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms. We use the data you provide in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for contract processing and handling your inquiries. After the complete execution of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of the tax and commercial retention periods, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this which is legally allowed and about which we will inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a function provided in the customer account.

3. Data Transfer

For the fulfillment of the contract in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping company responsible for delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods. Depending on which payment service provider you select during the ordering process, we pass on the payment data collected for payment processing to the credit institution responsible for payment and possibly to payment service providers commissioned by us or to the selected payment service. In part, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves, insofar as you create an account with them. In this case, you must log in with your access data with the payment service provider during the ordering process. The data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies in this respect.

  1. Email Newsletter

Email Advertising with Subscription to the Newsletter If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to regularly send you our email newsletter based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we will delete your email address, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this which is legally allowed and about which we will inform you in this statement. The newsletter is sent by a service provider who processes data on our behalf to whom we pass on your email address for this purpose. This service provider is located within a country of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

To make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, to display suitable products or for market research, we use so-called cookies on various pages. This serves to protect our overriding legitimate interests in an optimized presentation of our offer according to Art. 6 Para. 1 Sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. After the purpose and end of the use of Google Analytics by us, the data collected in this context will be deleted. Google LLC is headquartered in the USA and is certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield. A current certificate can be viewed here. Due to this agreement between the USA and the European Commission, the latter has established an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield. This prevents the collection of data generated by the cookie and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) as well as the processing of this data by Google. this website in the future. An opt-out cookie will be stored on your device. If you delete your cookies, you will be asked to give your consent again.
